Some Basic PC (Computer) Tips and Tricks!

Each computer user has their unique tips. If you have any of these things, be sure to share them in the tuition section below! I am going straight into the tune without raising the word.
Curiously, do not clutter the PC's settings!

I am giving a real example of myself. On the 21st, I was taking a computer course at a computer training center in Dhaka. Seeing the article on the first PC in the magazine awakened to apply it to the PC! But then there was no PC at home and I followed the article according to the article on the PC at the training center. Since I had no idea about Windows Registry Editor, I first put a patch in the registry editor to make the PC first, so I needed to set up a new Windows setup on that PC!


From this, we can learn that the settings we do not understand or do not understand the PC is better than not clutter! If you have no knowledge of any of your PC's settings, or you have little or no idea about the location of the PC, it would be good for your PC to visit all those places or not. Almost all PC settings are already set to the good of your PC. Then your PC will not have any user problems! This is the key to keeping a good computer!
Most used keyboard shortcuts:

The following keyboard shortcuts are most commonly used on a computer:

> Windows key and pressing D button simultaneously will bring you straight to the desktop wherever you are on the PC! Now do not book again what a desktop!

> Pressing Windows key and E button simultaneously will start my computer! It's a pretty handy keyboard shortcut!

You can copy anything on the PC by pressing the Control key (Ctrl) and C button, first you need to select the item and turn it blue.

> Pressing the control key (Ctrl) and the V button will paste your copied item! In this case, you have to go to the place where you want to paste the subject.

> Pressing Control, Alt and Delete (Ctrl + Alt + Del) keys together will switch to the System Administrator window.

You can launch Windows Task Manager directly by pressing Control, Shift and Escape (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) keys together.

You can undo any of your actions by pressing the Control key (Ctrl) and the Z button!

Zoom In and Zoom Out:
You can easily zoom in and out of any computer anywhere. Pressing the control key (Ctrl) down the mouse wheel button will make it smaller (zoom out) and larger (zoom in), respectively! Or if you don't have a mouse, you can zoom in and out by pressing the control key (Ctrl) and pressing the keyboard + key! And if you think you can't zoom in or out on the desktop then you can try it yourself on the desktop today!
Here's how to take a screenshot of your screen:

Suppose you want to save a picture of something on your monitor screen, follow these steps:

> Press the Print Screen key directly. It will capture a bitmap quality picture of all the windows of Windows. Then go to any graphics editor (Paint, Photoshop, etc.) and you will get the picture.

> Or you can capture only active windows by pressing the Alt key and Print screen key (Alt + Print Screen).

B: To take a screenshot on a laptop, you need to press the Fn button and the print screen key button together to capture!
Pin useful programs to the Start menu:

If your PC is filled with thousands of programs and you use specific programs or programs almost every day, you may sometimes find yourself having to find them inside many programs.

For example, many desktops are filled with icons of all kinds of programs and files! Then you have to get a lot of momentum to find a useful program. This is why you can go to the Start menu and right-click on your most commonly used program, and you can pin it to the Start menu.
SDD or HDD?

Currently, there are two types of hard disks available in the market. One is the old magnetic type hard disks and the other is the new model solid-state hard disks! You need to know what kind of hard disk is on your PC because SDD type does not require maintenance on the hard disk but HDD hard disk requires maintenance (such as dex defragment, dex cleanup, etc.

To find out what kind of hard disk is on your PC, go to My Computer first, then select any hard disk and press the right button, from here go to Properties option. You will find the model number of your hard disk by going to the Hardware tab from the Properties window. Now if you search Google by searching for this model number you will get different information about the type of your hard disk.
Shut down the PC properly!

Many do not take these tips seriously because it's not that difficult. But if the PC is not shut down properly, there may be various problems with your PC. And all these minor problems can gradually lead to bigger problems for your PC.

Properly shutting down the PC means shutting down the PC using the shutdown option from the Start menu and then waiting for the PC to shut down then unplug the electricity. Many times, we hurry to shut down the current PC's current lights or shut down the power button of the laptop for a while and shut down by force. These are definitely harmful to your PC / Laptop!
Never put an important file in the C drive!

C drive means that with Windows installed on the drive. Typically, the C drive's Windows operating system is installed. Now the point is that you will never put your important files and folders on a C drive. Because if you need to hit Windows on your PC for some reason, this C drive will auto-flash and will delete all files in the drive. C drive refers to my document, including the desktop. So never store useful files in My Documents folder and on the desktop.

If you do not need to do multitasking!
No matter how fast your PC, no matter how much GB RAM you use, if you do extensive multitasking, then, of course, your PC will slow down and will directly rely on hard disks and graphics adapters. So it is not necessary to do multitasking on a PC without the need. Multitasking is about doing multiple tasks at the same time. Suppose you are copying files to Pendrive while listening to music on PC and playing any games simultaneously! They should not be done.
